Matt Rogers - Production Manager
A team member since 2005, Matt took over the role of Production Manager for The Maintenance Team. Matt manages the Sprinkler Service, Lawn Care and Christmas Decor teams. He is one of our resident problem solvers working directly with crew members on a variety of production issues; setting the bar high for attention to detail and customer service. Originally from Michigan, Matt and his family are fairly new faces to the region. Matt's Midwest upbringing fostered a love of the outdoors. His background includes management and installation with a Kalamazoo landscaping company as well as technical training and installation with a local communications company. Matt is a 2005 graduate of Rapport Leadership International.
Sarah Lightner - Customer Care Manager
Sarah joined the Reno Lawn team in 2004. Her phenomenal customer service helps her manage our Yard Care and Platinum crews, as well as the Maintenance Team's customer service. From billing to product and service questions, Sarah and her team are here to assist. She earned her Bachelors degree in Criminology-Sociology from the University of Southern Colorado. In her spare time, she coaches high school and club soccer teams. Sarah is a 2005 graduate of Rapport Leadership International.
Brian Dean - Staff Horticulturalist
Brian Dean joined the staff of Reno Lawn and Landscape in Reno as a horticulturist with responsibility for landscape design, troubleshooting pest and disease problems and training programs.
He has worked as director of arboriculture and research for Nitro-Green Corp., a landscape consultant with John E. Bryan Inc. in Sausalito, Calif., and a manager of lawn and tree care companies.
A graduate of Colorado State University, Dean served as president of the Nevada Landscape Association in 1995 and is the author of a widely used tree-care manual.
