Matt Rogers - Production Manager

A team member since 2005, Matt took over the role of Production Manager for The Maintenance Team. Matt manages the Sprinkler Service, Lawn Care, Yard Care, and Christmas Decor teams. He is one of our resident problem solvers working directly with crew members on a variety of production issues; setting the bar high for attention to detail and customer service. Originally from Michigan, Matt and his family are fairly new faces to the region. Matt's Midwest upbringing fostered a love of the outdoors. His background includes management and installation with a Kalamazoo landscaping company as well as technical training and installation with a local communications company. Matt is a 2005 graduate of Rapport Leadership International.

Sarah Lightner - Senior Support Supervisor

Sarah joined the Reno Lawn team in 2004 on a part time basis. Her ability to learn quickly, problem solve, and provide phenomenal customer service led her to a full time position in 2005. Currently she and her staff of three manage The Maintenance Team's customer service. From billing to product and service questions, Sarah and her team are here to assist. She earned her Bachelors degree in Criminology-Sociology from the University of Southern Colorado. In her spare time, she coaches high school and club soccer teams. Sarah is a 2005 graduate of Rapport Leadership International.
