The Commercial Management Team:

Jim Stanhouse – Director of Operations

A team member since 1999, Jim has been promoted from within. He has 20 years experience in the green industry, and his areas of expertise include pesticide applications and horticulture. He has obtained certification as a Turfgrass Professional through the University of Georgia, and the Nevada Cooperative Extensions Nursery Training Program. He is also a Landscape Irrigation Auditor certified by the Irrigation Association. He is a 2005 Master Graduate of Rapport Leadership International.

Cathy Swinburg – Customer Care Manager

A new team member in 2006, Cathy joins Reno Lawn with extensive customer service experience. She spent the last five years doing property management and sales at Mammoth Lakes. Her obvious dedication to detail and customer satisfaction is a plus for Reno Lawn and our Customers alike.

Sara Baron – Senior Support Supervisor

A team member since 1999, Sara brings her administrative skills and attention to detail to all aspects of customer support. She is responsible for contract compliance, daily tracking of services at each commercial site, as well as accounts receivable and accounts payable for commercial customers. Additionally she is responsible for assisting our Landscape Enhancement Team with servicing customers. She has been the Support Team Member of the year on several occasions. Sara is a 2003 graduate of Rapport Leadership International.
